1. Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of all services provided through the 77u77 platform and its app or website. By accessing this platform, registering, or using any service, you voluntarily and fully agree to all the terms described below.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using this platform. 77u77 reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time, and continued use of the platform after changes take effect will be considered your acceptance of those changes.

These Terms are written in Bengali and apply to users located in Bangladesh. If anything is unclear, please contact our support team directly.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use the 77u77 platform, you must meet the following conditions:

• You must be 21 years of age or older.
• You are using this platform of your own free will and with full awareness.
• You are not located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• Your account has never previously been closed or suspended by 77u77.

This platform is strictly prohibited for minors. We may request an identity card or other documents for age verification. Opening an account by providing false information is a serious violation and may result in permanent closure of the account.

3. Account Registration & Management

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual may open only one account. If the same person operates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any outstanding balance may be forfeited.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

All information provided at the time of registration must be true, complete, and up to date. Your name, mobile number, and payment details must be your own. Opening an account using a third party's information is prohibited.

3.3 Password & Security

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Deposit Methods & Limits

77u77 supports the following payment methods: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay and bank transfer (such as Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank). The minimum deposit amount for all methods is ৳300.

4.2 Withdrawal Rules

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳800. Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours. The withdrawal method must match the deposit method used.

4.3 Verification

Identity verification may be required for large withdrawal amounts. Failure to provide the required documents may delay processing. Withdrawals to third-party accounts are strictly prohibited.

Funds deposited into the account are for gaming purposes only and do not earn interest. 77u77 reserves the right to reject or delay payments in the case of suspicious transactions.

5. Bonuses & Promotional Offers

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members will receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳15,000. For example: deposit ৳1,000 and receive a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

The wagering requirement for the bonus is 20 times, calculated on the bonus amount only. For example: ৳1,500 bonus × 20 = ৳30,000 must be wagered before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.

5.3 Bonus Usage Rules

• The welcome bonus applies only once per account.
• If a withdrawal is made while a bonus is active, the entire bonus and any bonus-related winnings may be cancelled.
• Attempting to claim bonuses using multiple accounts is prohibited.
• 77u77 reserves the right to modify or withdraw any bonus offer.

5.4 VIP Program

77u77 has a five-tier VIP program: Bronze (weekly cashback up to 0.3%), Silver (0.6%), Gold (0.9%), Platinum (1.2%), and Diamond (1.5%). You can move up to higher tiers through regular play. Cashback is calculated each week and added to your account.

6. Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Rules

All bets are final once placed and cannot be changed. Attempting to take advantage of incorrectly set prizes or odds due to technical errors is prohibited. In such cases, 77u77 reserves the right to void the transaction.

6.2 Sports Betting

The sports betting section offers betting on various sports including cricket, football, kabaddi, and more. Participation in match-fixing or manipulation is strictly prohibited, and if evidence of such activity is found, the account will be permanently closed.

6.3 Casino Games

All casino games are operated through verified software providers and use Random Number Generator (RNG) technology to ensure fair play. No specific outcome can be guaranteed.

7. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Depositing funds from illegal or suspicious sources (money laundering).
• Using bots, automated software, or artificial intelligence to place bets.
• Using multiple accounts or third-party accounts to claim bonus benefits.
• Exploiting platform vulnerabilities or bugs.
• Deceiving or threatening other users.
• Impersonating 77u77 staff.
• Engaging in any form of fraudulent activity.

If any of the above activities are detected, the account will be immediately closed, outstanding funds will be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

8. Account Suspension & Closure

8.1 Closure at 77u77's Discretion

77u77 reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account without stating a reason. In cases of Terms violations, the account may be forfeited.

8.2 Closure at User's Request

You may request to close your account at any time. To do so, send an email to [email protected]. You will be given the opportunity to withdraw any outstanding balance before the account is closed, however any active bonuses will be cancelled.

8.3 Inactive Accounts

A maintenance fee may apply to accounts that have been inactive for an extended period. Details can be found on the FAQ page.

9. Limitation of Liability & Severability

77u77 provides its services on an "as is" basis. 77u77 is not liable for any loss caused by technical issues, internet disconnection, or third-party service failures.

The user is solely responsible for any financial loss related to gaming. 77u77 does not guarantee winnings of any specific amount. In the case of any failed game session, the total liability is limited to the amount deposited in that transaction.

If any part of these Terms is found to be unlawful or unenforceable, the remaining parts will remain fully in effect.
